All return, replacement, and 'item not received' claims are reviewed by Tree of Life Designs, LLC.

Generally, due to product nature, returns are not offered. However, we will reprint any order with printing or production errors attributable to Tree of Life Designs, LLC. Just return unused transfers within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.

The Carrier assumes responsibility for any loss or damage after shipment. Users must file claims with the Carrier for lost items; Tree of Life Designs, LLC is not responsible for reshipping, refunding, or issuing credit in such cases.
